  • Service Unavailability: We determine that we cannot fulfill your project requirements due to technical limitations

  • Unauthorized Transaction: Charges made without your authorization

2.3 Partial Refund Scenarios

Partial refunds are calculated based on work completed and will be provided in these situations:

  • Client cancellation after project work has commenced (refund based on stage as per table above)
  • Mutual agreement to discontinue the project due to changing requirements
  • Significant delays on our part beyond agreed timelines (compensation varies)
  • Service quality does not meet agreed specifications (case-by-case evaluation)

2.4 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Project completed and delivered as per agreed specifications
  • Client changes requirements significantly after development has begun (additional charges may apply)
  • Cancellation request after final delivery and approval of the project
  • Delays caused by client's failure to provide required content, feedback, or approvals
  • Third-party service costs (domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, licenses, etc.)
  • Client dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations not discussed during planning
  • Client requests refund after project source code or files have been delivered
  • Violation of our Terms of Service by the client

3. Project Cancellation Policy

3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients may cancel their project at any time by providing written notice. The following terms apply:

  • Notice Period: Provide at least 48 hours written notice via email
  • Work Completion: We will complete any work currently in progress up to the cancellation date
  • Deliverables: All completed work up to the cancellation point will be delivered

3.2 MyIndianow-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a project under these circumstances:

  • Client provides false or misleading information
  • Client requests illegal or unethical services
  • Client fails to make scheduled payments as per agreement
  • Client is unresponsive for more than 14 days without prior notice
  • Project requirements are beyond our technical capabilities

In case of cancellation by us, a full refund of any advance payment will be provided within 7 business days.

4. Milestone-Based Projects

4.1 Payment and Refund Structure

For projects divided into milestones, the following applies:

  • Advance Payment: Typically 30-50% advance is non-refundable once work begins
  • Milestone Payments: Each milestone payment is released upon approval of that phase
  • Cancellation: If cancelled mid-milestone, refund is calculated based on work completed within that milestone
  • Final Payment: Final 20-30% payment is due upon project completion and is non-refundable after delivery

5. Refund Process

Important Note: The following third-party costs are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Web hosting subscription fees
  • Premium plugins, themes, or software licenses
  • App Store/Play Store developer account fees
  • Third-party API or service integration costs
  • Stock photos, graphics, or other licensed content
  • Payment gateway setup fees

These costs are paid to external service providers and cannot be recovered once purchased. Refunds (if applicable) will only include our service fees, not third-party costs.

7. Revision and Modification Policy

  • Moderate delays (4-7 days): 10% discount on final invoice or service credit
  • Major delays (8+ days): 15-25% refund or substantial service credit at client's choice
  • Extreme delays (30+ days): Client may request full project cancellation with refund based on work completed

8.2 Delays by Client

If delays occur due to client-side issues:

  • Delayed feedback or content provision: Project timeline will be extended accordingly
  • Extended inactivity (30+ days): Project may be considered abandoned with no refund
  • No penalties for reasonable client delays if communicated in advance

9. Maintenance and Support Packages

9.1 Subscription-Based Services

  • Monthly/Annual maintenance plans can be cancelled with 7 days notice
  • Cancellation must be before the next billing cycle
  • No refund for unused time in current billing period
  • Access continues until end of paid period after cancellation

9.2 One-Time Support Services

  • Emergency support fees are non-refundable once service is provided
  • If issue cannot be resolved, full refund of the support fee will be provided

10. Dispute Resolution

  • All active projects will be completed or transferred to the client in their current state
