Security & trust.
We handle people's money and their most private data. Protecting it is the product.

This page describes our security approach at a high level. It is a template to be reviewed and aligned with the controls and certifications you actually hold before publishing.
Our approach
Security is built into how we design, build and operate every product — not added at the end. Because our apps touch payments and personal data at scale, we hold ourselves to a high bar and keep raising it.
How we protect data
- Encryption — data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Least privilege — access to systems and data is limited to those who need it, and is logged.
- Data minimisation — we collect only what a feature needs, and models learn from patterns, not identities.
- Continuous monitoring — automated systems watch for fraud and anomalies in real time.
Building securely
- Code review and testing before changes reach production.
- Regular dependency and vulnerability checks.
- Separation of development and production environments.
- Backups and tested recovery procedures.
